If the items you purchased were functioning well upon arrival, count yourself fortunate. However, if you encounter any issues and require genuine customer support or a return, good luck with that—they'll come up with excuses to avoid assisting you. Quite untrustworthy in that regard.

The Sales Manager at Startecthtel.com wouldn’t acknowledge that their phone had issues connecting to my in-wall phoneline, even after an Xfinity Technician checked it out. I was willing to take a replacement phone, but all they offered was a one-year warranty for the non-working device they sent me. Now, I’m left with a phone that’s just taking up space for weeks. I’d recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a phone from this company to seek out a more reputable business.

I ordered a part for overnight delivery, but nobody informed me that it wouldn’t arrive in time. Make sure you clarify that overnight really means OVERNIGHT.

The customer service we got for our order was fantastic. Todd really paid attention to what our medical office required. He was super professional, friendly, and accommodating. When the phones arrived, the way they were packed and shipped was top-notch. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our phone needs.

About a year back, I got two NEC phones (2018), and just last week in July 2019, I ordered four more. The quality of the phones, the service, the delivery, and the folks I chatted with were all top-notch. The pricing was decent too; it wasn't the absolute lowest—about 20 bucks more—but both times, the phones felt like they were brand new. I didn’t mind shelling out a bit extra to get exactly what I wanted from a seller I trust, especially after ordering twice. I'm based in Michigan.

I really wouldn't put my faith in this startechtel. They charged my credit card when I ordered a linecard for the mitel sx-50, but the item never showed up. Every time I called, they claimed it was shipped and sent me a tracking number, but that was just a load of nonsense. I placed my order on September 17, 2018, and here we are on October 2, and still no sign of my order, yet they took my money. I called again today, and they even hung up on me. Seriously, don't trust these folks.

All in all, it was a decent experience. One of the phones we got had a speed dial issue. I haven't reached out to them for a replacement just yet.

The first phone I got for our business had a defect, making a high-pitched noise on the second line. I reached out to the company, and they sent a replacement. There’s a one-year warranty, but I had to cover the return shipping for the original phone myself.

I got some refurbished phones at a decent price. A couple of them were missing rubber feet or a manual. For one phone, I had to shell out nearly $9 to send it back just to get a replacement that actually showed the phone lines. If it weren't for that shipping cost, I would’ve given a full 5-star rating, but paying $9 to ship back a $42 phone feels a bit off. On the bright side, the customer service was super friendly and professional. I received all eight of my phones pretty quickly. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the quality of the refurbished phones I got.

I easily located my item; however, after placing my order, I didn’t receive a tracking number. I shot off an email and got a speedy reply informing me that the product was expected to arrive at their facility the next day and would be shipped out shortly after. Once it’s on its way, I’ll get the tracking info. It would’ve been great to have this info without needing to reach out, but all in all, I’d definitely shop here again.
